Return & Exchange Policy

For your comfort and peace of mind, we make it easy to return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt.

Returns or exchanges are available for all store products in accordance with our terms and conditions.

If the order is received in good condition with no defect, and the return is requested at the customer's preference, 7% of the order value will be deducted, in addition to a shipping fee of ****SAR.

Returns or exchanges are completely free in the case of a manufacturing defect, provided the product is in its original condition with packaging.

Requests are reviewed within 3 business days, and if approved, we coordinate with the shipping company within 3 to 5 business days to complete the process.
